Nothing happens when I capture a page

Chrome blocks extensions on its own pages, such as settings and the Chrome Web Store. Use Win+Shift+S on Windows, then press Ctrl+V in the Screen Sage editor.

Pro features are still locked after upgrading

Open the account menu in the editor and choose Refresh plan, or sign out and back in with the same Google account you paid with.

I want to cancel

Go to your account and choose Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
